"Have you Been Dealt a Winning Hand?"

Joining an online business opportunity is like gambling at the blackjack table in a Las Vegas Casino you either get lucky and find one that's working for you or you walk away with your head between your legs wondering what just happen. But if you learn the secrets of playing the game to win, you could walk away a winner with thousands if not millions in your bank.

Building an online business can be very scary because just like Black Jack you have to step up to the table and make a decision on whether to place your bet or to walk away. Like me I know how to play Black Jack but I am not good enough to step up to the table and lay down a hundred dollar bet. If I take the time to learn the game to win then I have a better chance to winning. Same thing with making money online! We have to learn first then practice what we have learned. If we make a mistake then we learn not to make those same mistakes again and carry on. We would have never learned that the burner on the stove was hot until we touched it. I had a friend who told me that it took Thomas Edison over a 1000 times to make the light bulb so, remember it takes time.

Now there are some who either get lucky or have been gamblers who know how to beat the game. The reason why the good players win most of the time is because they have trained themselves to beat the system. Losers, they want to take the short cut of being rich so they're just hoping for luck. Yeah! Reading and learning from others is the long way around to becoming rich but it pays off at the Black Jack table in the end.

In Network marketing the same thing appears! You have successful people who learns everything about the business and what it takes to beat the system. While the losers learn just enough of the basics to get by and when things get rough they quit. Losers need money now not later and they are not willing to learn anything about how to be successful because they just don't have the patience to learn. So I have laid out 8 things everyone should know to be successful in this business. Some of the things I have listed cost money but understand it cost money to make money.

Here are 8 things you should know:

1. Must Have a well developed training system
   This are materials used to train you and your down line to grow a successful network. You should be able to duplicate the system.
2. Something you can offer to your prospects instead of your business
   Offering a free service/product to your audience is a great way to generate leads.Start by offering free information. What is the internet called? "The Information Highway"! When my boys want an answer I tell them to Google it.
3. Your own domain name
   Opportunity sites use landing pages that don’t work because too many on the internet. Search engines don’t like duplication sites so it is better to have your own if you want to be seen at the top. You can use a blog to act as a starting point before the landing page because you can add fresh new content. I wouldn't count out using Landing pages because they are the door way to getting referrals.
4. Auto responder
   This is the easiest way to keep your opportunity in front of leads. Even if they don’t purchase the product right away they will be reminded about how great your product is.
5. Campaign tracker
   Having a tracker is a great way to track ads. Time is money so this will help determine which sites are working as well as which ads are working so you’re not spinning you wheels wasting time on strategies that are not working.
6. Multiple streams of income
   Having multiple streams of income is needed to run a home based business especially if you can’t budget for a home based business. These are just affiliate sites that allow you to sell their products for a profit. You would then use the profit to support your main business.
7. Mentor
   When I started making money online I didn't have a good mentor that could take me by the hand and show me how to make money. So it is important to find someone who is not looking to push you to spend money but to help you make money.
8. Patience
   You have heard the old saying "Patience is a virtue" well is is true in any business. It takes time for any business: network marketing, affiliate marketing, or online marketing to see results and if don't have the patience then you are in the wrong business. Think about it; if everyone was making $3000 to $5000 a month we would all be rich and we would be on line looking for ways to make money

Listen people, making money online is a gamble just like playing Black Jack but if you play your cards right and learn the game you can beat the system. But If you like sitting at the Black Jack table watching the dealer take your money then keep doing what you are doing. If you want to win then learn to be a winner and you will beat the system every time.
