Network Marketing Power of Three: The Unknown Truth!

Network marketing gurus have been preaching the Power of three for years, "Talk to Three people and you will have success". How much of this is the truth? Can you really have success if you only sponsor 3 people? If you believe this then you'll believe that I have 10 chickens that lay golden eggs.

In reality, The Power of three would work but you would have to have 3 gun ho gurus who go balls to the wall with their business without any need of your help. Then those three would have to find 3 that will do the same and so on. This would mean you could stop recruiting and just let the other 3 do all the work while you collect, right? NOT! Everyone would stop working and your business would fail.

Why do they preach the Power of Three?

If they can convince you that all you have to do is sponsor 3 people and you'll be rich then they have done their job. They got you to buy their product! You just became a big sucker in network marketing. Don't worry it happen to me too, until I learned that it takes a lot of hard work, patience and talking to people to see that sponsoring 3 is just bait to get you to buy their products.

This kind of technique to lure people to buy product not only makes the industry look bad, it also makes you look bad. When you are sponsoring people they are looking at you as a mentor, someone who is going to lead them to success. If you lie to them they'll never trust you again. They may even go around bad mouthing you and you'll never be able to sponsor another person again.

Long Hours + Hard Work = SUCCESS

It actually takes 100's if not 1000's of people to build a successful network marketing business. I know, that sounds like a lot of people but that is the truth. When I heard this I was like, where am I going to find this many people. I don't even know a 100 people.

After going to a live webinar I learned that the secret to sponsoring this many people is to learn how to market. Not to market the product, but to market myself. Self marketing is nothing more than helping others find solutions to their problems.

It sounds like a lot of hard work and it is, but it gets easier the more you learn. Learning how to walk, is hard work for toddlers but they become persistent and sooner or later they take their first step. Don't be afraid to learn more, work harder and to be persistent because it will payoff in the long run. Instead of sponsoring 3 you'll be sponsoring 100's!
